A barrio gringa with a dream of cosmic proportions: writing to satiate my insatiable curiosity, worldwide literacy beginning with our youth, and to be the first barrio gringa to explore outer space!

  1. Good afternoon, Ms./Mrs. Gringadelbarrio…
I really enjoyed reading your blog, it is a peace of pure history and free open-minded spirit thoughts (you). For a minute, I was confused whether I was reading you or reading myself. I share most of your ideas ( if I can’t say almost all of them) but for some reason I always finish in the same conclusion “It should be us (people, nation, humanity) and our beliefs. That’s why we are like this” We believe in a system that it hasn’t change at all. Things need to change. We are far away from finding a perfect society, we need to create it yet. Everything starts inside of us. As the society called me “immigrant” because I love to explore new places around the world and find my true-self, I prefer to call myself “Free”. So I can’t blame the system, I can blame myself for believing in a system that is only supported by multimillionaire magnates. Thank you gringa for sharing this. Hopefully I can read more of your entries inthe future. Hugs! Cheers! And let’s keep moving.

    1. Thank you so much Estasion3s for you thoughtful comments. Your words were encouraging, supportive and inspiring. I love it that you call yourself “free” rather than “immigrant”. With more people being open and honest we can step a little closer to a better society! I definitely receive and return your hugs and cheers!
